Automatic refunds for failed generations

Credits are only deducted for successful generations. If a generation fails for any technical reason, the credits spent on it are returned to your balance automatically and immediately — no action needed on your part.

One-time credit packs — non-refundable

Credit packs are digital goods delivered instantly at purchase and are non-refundable once granted. Credits from one-time packs never expire, so you can use them at any time.

No subscriptions, no renewals

There is no subscription on imageinto.video — nothing bills you monthly and nothing renews itself. If you hold a legacy plan, you can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and the current period is not refunded.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first with your account email and order number — we resolve billing issues directly. Payments are processed by our payment provider; disputes raised through your bank or card network are handled per the provider's policies. This policy does not limit any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
